The Hub is the first commercial complex adjacent to Hongqiao transportation center in China. This project includes functions of office, shopping, catering, entertainment and exhibition. It is composed of shopping centers, Xintiandi Commercial Street, office buildings, performing arts centers and hotels. Adhering to the design concept of people-oriented and sustainable development, the designer strives to build the Hub into the first low-carbon business community in Shanghai with diversified functions, convenient transportation, pleasant space, ecological efficiency and great vitality.
