Xinye Fang is the first large-scale cultural and creative industry project launched after Jing An District put forward the regional development strategy of "one axis & three belts". The designer takes the effective protection and reuse of industrial historical context as the carrier. Then they adopt the mode of combining urban renewal and incremental development. Through the transformation and upgrading of the old plant plot, they create a creative industry zone with film and television content production as the core. Xinye Fang brings together various business forms such as modern cultural media and fashion creative industry.
