Xihu Tiandi 西湖天地

Nature is the architect and the buildings are designed to get out of the way. Marco Polo described Hangzhou as “the City of Heaven, the most beautiful and magnificent in the world” in the 13th century and Xihu Tiandi intends to keep it that way. Much of the local lakeside village remains exactly as it has been for generations: narrow streets defined by exterior walls of traditional houses and their courtyards.
